This page sets out the conditions that apply when you order industrial processing machinery, spare parts, or site support from Afriquegp. Read it alongside our privacy policy before you place an order or sign a service agreement.
Afriquegp supplies crushers, conveyor systems, screening units, and related heavy machinery for geological extraction and raw material refining. Every quotation lists the exact model, configuration, and included components. Items not shown in the quotation, such as site foundations, electrical hookups, or operator cabins, are supplied only if confirmed in writing before dispatch.
An order becomes binding when Afriquegp sends a written order confirmation referencing the quotation number. Any change to the equipment list, delivery address, or installation schedule must be agreed in writing. If a change affects the delivery date or the scope of work, we will confirm the revised terms before proceeding.
Delivery dates are estimates based on current production capacity and transport availability. Risk of loss or damage to the equipment passes to you when the goods leave our warehouse or the port of loading, whichever applies to your order. You are responsible for inspecting the machinery on arrival and reporting any visible damage within seven days.
Where installation is included, Afriquegp technicians will commission the equipment according to the agreed schedule. You must provide safe site access, a stable power supply, and any permits required by local authorities. Delays caused by site conditions are not covered by the quoted installation window and may require a separate site visit.
New equipment carries a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the quotation. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear of consumable parts. To the extent permitted by law, Afriquegp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment downtime or production interruption.
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy it within thirty days. Afriquegp may suspend work if payment is overdue or if site conditions create a safety risk. On termination, you must pay for equipment already delivered and services already performed.
Afriquegp may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in legislation or operational practice. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after a revision means you accept the updated terms. For questions about this document, contact us at info@afriquegp.com or call +61.8.2432.6954.
