2011 - Afriquegp opens its first service bay in Pacochafurt, NSW, rebuilding worn jaw crusher frames for local quarry operators. The shop runs on two hoists and a single welding bay, but the repair backlog stretches three months deep within the first year.
2014 - The team takes on its first complete conveyor retrofit for a basalt quarry west of Dubbo. Replacing fixed idler frames with impact-rated assemblies cuts spillage-related stoppages by nearly a third, and the project becomes the template for later material handling work.
2017 - A dedicated field service unit is formed to handle on-site crusher alignment and wear part changeouts. Response times drop from weeks to under 48 hours across the state, and the unit logs more than 400 site visits in its first full season.
2020 - The engineering team releases a standardized upgrade package for secondary cone crushers, pairing new mantle profiles with automated gap adjustment. Quarries running the package report steadier product gradation and fewer unplanned liner changes.
2023 - Afriquegp expands into full processing circuit design, linking primary crushing, screening, and conveying into single integrated layouts. The first turnkey line commissioned under this approach handles 1.2 million tonnes of raw feed per year.
2025 - Today the company supports extraction sites across eastern Australia with equipment supply, maintenance contracts, and process audits. The original repair bay still operates, now serving as the training floor for new service technicians.
